The Annual General Meeting of the Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC) Highlights Achievements and Establishes Objectives for 2024
Islamabad, (25 January, 2024) – Pakistan has great potential to tap into the US $ 370 billion high-tech aerospace market said President Dr. Haroon Javaid Qureshi, President of Pakistan Aerospace Council, at its Annual General Meeting.
Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC held its AGM on January 20, 2024, at Trojans Head Office, Sector E/11 Islamabad. The event brought together distinguished members of the aerospace community including the President of PAeC Dr. Haroon Javed Qureshi, Secretary General Mr. Asif Jah, Treasurer Engr Tanveer Ahmed, Founder Convener Mr. Imtiaz Rastgar, Engr Mansoor Malik, Dr. Arshad Ali, Mr. Mahmood Shernai on this occasion.
At the occasion, Air Marshal (Rtd) Arshad Mahmood Malik ex Board Chairman of Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra was honored as the Chief Guest. He spoke on the bright export opportunities for PAeC Members.
The Pakistan Aerospace Council’s notable achievements and milestones from the previous year were reviewed on the platform offered by the AGM. Members discussed their proposals on the growth of Pakistan’s aerospace sector and delighted in the organization’s achievements. Outlining a strategic vision for the upcoming year 2024 was another agenda item for the meeting. In order to boost the aerospace industry, discussions focused on encouraging innovation, collaborating with others, and overcoming challenges at the national level.

Dr. Haroon Qureshi, President outlined steps which the Government of Pakistan needs to take to convert the local tech industries into global exporters of high tech products. PAeC is an ideal platform for boosting the high-tech and aerospace engineering products and services in the $370 billion worldwide aerospace engineering market.
