Associated with the engineering industry with a demonstrated 40 years of practical experience in delivering engineering solutions tailored for both the engineering and educational sectors. With a blend of technical expertise, including an MSc in Engineering from the University of Southern California, and a passion for enhancing learning and innovation, Mr. Shahid Rafiq has been at the forefront of advancing these vital industries. His extensive experience and commitment have consistently driven transformative changes in engineering practices and technical educational approaches, making him a respected leader in the field. Re-engineering, precision investment casting, and industrial 3D printing (Metal & non-metal) are the vigor fields of expertise areas.

Vice President

Inayat Ali Shah

Wing Commander Inayat Ali Shah (Retd), is an avionics graduate of the Pakistan Air Force College of Aeronautical Engineering and has extensive experience in R&D. His specialized skills include Electronic Warfare, Avionics Integration, Lasers & Optics, Tracking and Guidance Systems, Software Engineering, Geographical Information Systems, Satellite Navigation Systems, and C4I systems. Currently, he is the Senior Director at Trojans Pakistan. He has led numerous R&D initiatives, including the modernization of Long Range Radars, a Tactical Mission Management C4I system for armored formations, explosive reactive armor for tanks, a static popup target training system for small arms, and a main battle tanks fire control system as well as many other specialized and bespoke Mil-Spec computational systems and consoles.

Dr. Javaid Ahsan Bhatti

Dr. Javaid Ahsan Bhatti is the founder and Managing Director of International Vacuum Center (Pvt) Limited with over 30 years of experience in vacuum technology. He holds a Master’s in Physics from the University of the Punjab and a Ph.D. in vacuum technology from the Islamia University of Bahawalpur. Dr. Bhatti played a key role in establishing the Pakistan Vacuum Society (PVS) and the National Institute of Vacuum Science and Technology (NINVAST). He has authored three books on vacuum technology and received numerous national and international awards, including the President’s Award of Pride of Performance.

Engr. Tanveer Ahmad

Engr. Tanveer Ahmad is An Aerospace Engineer with 32 years of experience in MRO, Manufacturing, and Technical Management. He is founder and CEO of Aviation MRO which was formally launched in November, 2008 from the prestigious platform of International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) in Karachi, Pakistan. The Company commenced its operations in April, 2009 from rented premises and today owns its own office set up. A steady progress in Company business resulted into opening of offices in Calgary (AB, Canada), Ashburn (VA, USA) and a contracted warehouse facility in New Jersey USA.
