Short Profile of Imtiaz Ali Rastgar

Founder and Chairman of Rastgar Group, is a manufacturing specialist and a consultant for Marketing and Exports. As one of the best known entrepreneurs, he served as a board member of several government organizations e.g. Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry, PAAPAM (Pakistan Association of Automobile Parts & Accessories Manufacturers), QPSP (Quality & Productivity Society of Pakistan), Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, PFA (Pakistan Foundry Association), TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs) Islamabad Chapter. He also headed the Engineering Development Board under the Federal Ministry of Industries and Production, where he formulated the Automotive Industry Development Program.  He is convener Pakistan Aerospace Council.
