Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC) Signs MOU with COMSATS University Islamabad

Islamabad, July 4, 2024 – The Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), aimed at enhancing University-Industry Linkage and increasing interaction between academia and the aerospace industry.

The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Haroon Qureshi, President PAeC, Mr. Imtiaz Rastgar Convener PAeC, Dr. Javaid Ahsan Bhatti, and Mr. Kamran Rashied. Representing CUI were Prof. Dr. Sajjad A. Madani – Registrar, Dr. Shamsul Qamar, Engr Ehtesham Bokhari, and Mr. Attiq ur Rehman, Additional Registrar.

The collaboration aims to support the university’s research objectives and student Final Year Projects across various departments. Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC) will offer guidance to students and faculty on project selection and research directions, leveraging industry insights and expertise.

This MOU sets a robust framework for cooperation, highlighting the commitment of PAeC and CUI to fostering innovation, supporting start-ups, and enhancing job opportunities for students and graduates.
