PAeC Leadership Discusses New Initiatives for Expansion and Industry Collaboration

Mr. Imtiaz Rastgar recently paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Shahid Rafiq, President of Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC), and Vice President Mr. Inayat Shah for an engaging exchange on shaping the future of Pakistan’s aerospace industry.

During the visit, Mr. Imtiaz Rastgar and the PAeC leadership discussed launching Monthly Lecture on Aerospace Topics — an initiative aimed at promoting knowledge sharing and meaningful dialogue across the aerospace community

The conversation also emphasized Expanding the Executive Committee and accelerating  the Membership Drive, with a focus on welcoming young professionals and widening industry representation within PAeC.

Additionally, the meeting explored collaboration with the IEEE Islamabad Section, including the signing of a formal Memorandum of Understanding MoU and planning joint technical events to strengthen industry-academia linkages.

The meeting reflected PAeC’s commitment to creating new opportunities for growth, engagement, and innovation in Pakistan’s aerospace ecosystem.
