PAeC Explores UAV Development, Global Participation, and Policy Needs at 57th Meeting
On 26th September, 2025, the Pakistan Aerospace Council (PAeC) held its 57th Executive Committee Meeting at the plant of Rethink Engineering. The meeting was presided over Mr. by Mr. Mansoor Malik, Member of the Advisory Board.
on the registration of the Pakistan Aerospace Foundation with SECP – Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, preparations for participation in the Dubai Airshow 2025, and the status of the PAeC Product Showcase Directory. Updates were also shared on the COMSTECH Exhibition scheduled for 23–24 December 2025.
Mr. Mansoor Malik emphasized the importance of vendor development for the upcoming UAV project, which is scheduled to be launched in November 2025.
Members, including Mr. Imtiaz Rastgar and Mr. Mahmood Sherani, emphasized the urgent need for a policy framework to safeguard Pakistan’s aerospace sector, ensuring that the local industry is not disadvantaged by neighboring countries offering more favorable incentives to global aircraft producers. PAeC remains committed to strengthening collaboration, promoting industry representation, and driving the future of Pakistan’s aerospace and high-tech ecosystem.
