Expression of Interest – Trade Delegation to Turkey & Azerbaijan in 2026

The Pakistan Aerospace Council is planning a self-financed delegation visit of 6–8 members to Turkey and Azerbaijan in 2026, on dates mutually agreed with the host counterparts.

Turkey:
The delegation will focus on assessing market potential, exploring business development opportunities, and fostering technology collaboration. As part of the program, meetings and industrial visits will be arranged with key manufacturing units, including member companies of the Bursa Aerospace and Defence Cluster (BASDEC), and Ostim Defence and Aerospace Cluster (OSSA), to gain exposure to advanced manufacturing practices, quality standards, industrial processes, automation systems, and export-oriented business models.

For Azerbaijan, PAeC is currently coordinating with relevant stakeholders to identify suitable counterpart trade and industry organizations, with a view to developing a meaningful program of business meetings and industrial engagements for participating companies.

Interested members are requested to submit their expression of interest at the earliest, along with the following:

• Name of Representative
  • Passport copy/details
  • Company introduction (maximum 5 lines)
  • Brief description of products/services (maximum 5 lines)

We strongly encourage non-member / in-active member companies to apply for participation. Their applications will be considered based on their relevance, capabilities, and expertise in the aerospace and defence sectors.
